Judge David O. Carter is a United States district court judge! His boundaries are west coast USA to California, Nevada, Idaho, Washington, Oregon, Montana, and Arizona.


so if he rules by law that delegates are not bound then those states must abide by that ruling, however the other United States district court judges have not been yet appointed to this case? why????? if they do not cover the rest of the states that has not ruled over if delegates are bound or not then Romney will still have his delegates appointed to him from those remaining states .....

Isn't this Judge Carter the same Judge Carter, ex-Marine, that a lot of us got really enthused about when speculation was that he would rule in favor of Orly Taitz in one of the Obama eligibility cases, and after the weekend, on Monday the judge ruled against the Plaintiff. Reports out that Friday (I think it was Friday) indicated Judge Carter was a fair, honest judge and seemed to be leaning toward the Plaintiff (Orly Taitz, and I don't recall who else), but then basically surprised people, just as Chief Justice John Roberts recently did with Obamacare. I'm betting this case against Romney will go nowhere, as Romney is a part of the corrupt Bush cabal and the judges are either threatened, bribed, or are already complicit in the ongoing corruption that has run rampant since Daddy Bush was pres, and even before that - Bush was head of the CIA, remember. The rabbit hole runs deep.
