The CFR (Council on Foreign Relations) is our true government. The POTUS is just a dude that does what the CFR tells him to do.
The reason Paul abrupty dropped out of the race is because he is not a CFR puppet. Reports are that there were death threats made to him and his family from the latest Bilderburg group, and he had to stay out of the public eye to protect his family.
If you do not loyaly serve the shadow government, you will not become president. It is that simple.
They learned their lesson when they were forced to kill Kennedy for trying to warn us. They dont want to have a close call like that again.
