The snake thing with the television for a head. Did anyone notice the face of the evil looking guy in the TV?

On it's chin is the same pyramid with the all seeing eye thats on the back of the US one dollar bill, except its upside down.

You can see it clearly on 2:58. Underneath it's left eye AB CHAO, the right ORDO.
