Working people of the world, if you could have 21 paid holidays and 2 weeks paid vacation each year and weekends off would you do it?

Most jobs I've seen lately are pretty heavy on the vacation offered. We get 20 days to start plus holidays. they do this so they don't have to pay more $$.
Ideally, we could all be teachers (here in NJ) and only work 180 days per year while still getting yearly pay raises regardless of merit and tenure after 3 years. That's the ticket.
