Get a long sleeve Under Armour heatgear shirt preferably light colored and it will have you laughing at the suns heat even when hot, works for me = sweat about a quarter as much as i used to! get one and laugh at the heat. Also a hat that covers your ears and neck, also light colored and to top it off get sun blocking pants and sunglasses and you have made life much easier when in the heat and the sun will not make you hot. Sunblock lotions, no thanks.
