No, this isn't. It works. I have been using muscle testing for quite a few years but I use affirmations to clear problems. It is really more in depth than I can go into but start doing research for yourself. It is free to learn from books from the library or from the internet. I paid nothing to learn but it was a lot of trial and error.

To muscle test you must have no predispositions and must be objective. Keep your mind clear. The clearing of negative emotions with a magnet is new to me and I will try that out as well to see for myself. I am sure there are more ways than one to clear neg emotions and each person finds what works for them.

This is an ongoing process though and not a quick fix. When one emotion is fixed another usually pops up after like onion layers. You just need to be sensitive you how you are feeling and that gets easier.
