this is all your body wants to remove at this time. I got that you do have a heart wall, but the body needs to process first.
"Doing The Emotion Code is like doing surgery on the energy body. We are literally looking for "malignant" or harmful energies that need to be removed, then we remove them, and the energy body has to heal and reorganize or regain it's balance. If you were to do actual surgery to have a tumor removed, you would expect to have at least a few days of downtime afterward. Your surgeon would also likely tell you what to expect during this healing time, and he or she would also advise you to get extra rest in order to allow the body to heal. Be aware that if you feel out of sorts, have changes in your sleeping pattern, vivid dreams or emotional ups and downs, this is totally normal! Drink lots of water, eat healthy and get lots of rest, and let your energy body heal itself. I could see how that would happen to my mother. My parents took in foster children, she was also getting her degree to teach, and then DID teach. And she dealt with us kids more so than my father. One story I remember being told - cuz I never woke up - my oldest (foster) brother had accidently set the livingroom couch on fire (smoldering, really) in the middle of the night with his cigarette. My father smelled it, fortunately, and got up to get him off the couch(toxic fumes,I'd have to be sure, back in that day), and put it out. My mother got up and continued down into the basement to start the next load of laundry.... so I can totally "see" how my mother could be ovewhelmed at times!!
My father's mother lost her first husband at a young age, with 2 young boys. She also was widowed 2 more times in her long life.... She passed about 5 1/2 yrs ago at 96 1/2 years of age - in fairly good health! By which I mean that she had not been bedridden, and had been living in an assisted living home.
Just want to say, that I DID "know" somehow, that you'd been able to get to me today! Nothing I can put my finger on..... but I "knew"....
The heartwall I will totally confirm!! If it's ok with you, I will get back to you for help with that in maybe a week, give or take??
I have also been working with Donna Eden's Energy Medicine a bit lately... So I may or may not have a shield already, I just think at this point, it needs reinforcing a lot....
