Msz,
I tried to send a mail to you, but as a non paying member I'm not sure I can? - So I just wanted to thank you publicly as you were spot on, and I can report that I am feeling like I'm on an 'even keel'!
I've decided to look for a practitioner here in the UK, as I'm sure there's much more stuff to process.
