Thank you again, msz. I've been working on the dehydration. This cellular analysis mentioned dehydration and that I need electrolytes. I do need to drink more water.

In fact, I'm getting a big glass of water now! :)

I'm hoping that the raw adrenal stuff I ordered will help things.
