Have you ever upset anyone who got really mad at you?

Once I was on GLP on a thread with some angry religious people. I guess I posted something that upset one of them, cause he/she replied with arrogance, hate, and an attitude. A bit later, I felt a twinge in my back. I checked and yep, I had a new energy weapon.

Stay away from people with anger issues. Or just learn to check your energy field afterwards. All that energy builds up in the angry person and if they are focusing on you while seething, well, it seems like some of their negative energy could end up in your energy field... Or they purposely can direct it to another person.

Say "shields up" every morning to activate your shield, or whenever you remember - your guides should remind you when you need one, if you listen for them...
