Ok. I'm back. Again.
Truth is I was afraid to ask you this, but decided to anyway.
I can't seem to lose my weight and was wondering if it was because of trapped emotions. Or this new thing I read about called Addictive Heart Energy.

I felt like the negative voices in my head were magnified by twenty. I was angry and just p.o.'ed at everything and everybody. I was really hating life. I was moody as all get out.
It took a day or two. Yesterday I cried. Lol. Today I'm way more even. Thank you for taking time out of your day to take care of me and other folks. You're so kind.
