It was a relief and a pleasure at the same time to read what you have found, released and given me. I felt a change today, slightly different reactions on situations/people. Even though it was a busy day I didn't feel as much drained or annoyed by what happened.
I find it very interesting that before I read it I noticed. I love how the change comes gentle even though the emotions involved are not the 'good' ones. The relief I feel, like a burden lifted. Not like something ripped or pushed out. Just wanted to say.
