these angels (eagles) come as a thief in the night as recorded in the Bible. People will be taken by surprise. They will be snatched out of their bodies (sudden death) and carried off to the place of the great feast of daemonics. Oh, and as far as the mood during this situation. It was a sense of foreboding amongst the people in the general area but it was as if what was in the sky was only being observed without any interaction between the lights and the people taking place.
