Kundalini flu - Anyone have any experiences?

Hey, not sure if it's the same as me, but i've gone super-hyper-sensitive, and can't even be around people rite now. I've had a strange feeling in my chest, around the heart, and it's all new to me, so i thought i was having a heart attack... it's still feeling really strange, around my heart... also thought i was having a nervous breakdown, about a week ago, and i kind of snapped! I was told it was the kundalini flu, so i felt the need to share this with you... K

hopefully you will see this, did your heart feel enlarged, the chest and lungs hollow, alternating from feeling like you need no air and other times feeling as if you didn't have enough? mass cranial pressure as if it was a sinus infection x 1,000? I think we may have had a similar kundalini illness, they're fairly common since awakenings burn through a lot of chemicals in the body and brain and release mass ammounts of energy. Mine was so extreme that my hearing in one ear for a month would work and then stop, whenever the ear that i couldn't hear out of would finally regain it's ability to hear the other ear would go out lol. I was alternating good ear/bad ear, good ear/bad ear.

He means HIV reinfection/superinfection from having sex with many people as an alleged means of spiritual/religious enlightenment.

You might be talking about the feeling you get when you discover everyone can be an empath including yourself, then you become "contagious" to souls that are too gone to wake up and while the sleeping soul tries to wake the body with physical symptoms/illness

I got so sick one time I thought I died and rebirthed. I found myself wanting to "change my ways" and "live better". It was after realizing my first substantial truths about life and myself

Definitely not going to rule it out as a possibility, there is science proving it exists now, so as long as it could start the chemical reaction that is measurable and definitive proof of kundalini then I do not see why not. The mind is hella powerful anyway!

I want so desperately to understand what it is that makes me care so much about everything, I used to be all about ME ME ME. Shit hurts to observe even sometimes, regardless what it is.

I definitely kind of went through the process at the worst part of my life, loss of a 7 year relationship, personally i started to stray off the path, on top of that I had isolated myself in the relationship, so I had no one for a long time.
