I don't know about Britain but continental Europeans seem to be far more attractive and healthy than most Americans. Smarter too. Just one of the reasons I love to vacation in Germany, the Netherlands, Denmark, etc.

My friend is British and has lived here in Canada for the past 15 years and she is losing her teeth!! Her dental hygiene is appalling

Generally I don't generally respond to young females who speak in generalities. Just as a general rule of thumb. I am afraid she might end up in my general vicinity and we will have a generally good time, but then I will end up with a very specific case of wife with kids!

the fat ankles you refer to are known formally known as 'cankles'

they are believed to be caused by over consumption of chips (french fries to our american friends) and lardy cakes
all the fat flows downhill and collects in the cankles

the aversion to mobility is also a contributory factor as to move would mean risking losing ones disability living allowance

further exasperated by the invention of facebum and twatter which negates the need to have to move for the purpose of initiating gossip
