<<140 IQ, not that it's even an accurate measure of intelligence. But yah, for the most part, the dumb ones breed while the smart ones wait. Personally, I wouldn't want to bring a kid into the world until I can fully provide it an education, loving home, food, and other stuff that made my life awesome when I was young.
