Of course it was premeditated. Anyone paying attention to Obama's background has known this since 2007. Rush right again.  No one in thier right minde could possibly think that the economy was heading in the right direction!!! It just shows just how incompetent he really is!!! No, he's not incompetent. He was grown for one purpose, and he's fulfilling it perfectly: The destruction of America.
