This article is a blatant lie. The preacher, like many christian preachers, is extremely homophobic and was provocatively attending a gay pride event to spout his homophobic bigotry and religious hatred to a bunch of gay people, just like the Westboro Church does. This preacher was attending this gay pride event totally in the same context as the Westboro Church: as a hate filled incitement and an attack on gay people. And in exactly the same way that people abuse the Westboro Church when they turn up at events this preacher was also abused. The whole pretext of the article above is a lie and a total distortion.
