And I thought that the ones pointing up were pointing way way higher than just the ceiling if Davinci is referencing the Orion Nebula! The reason the GREAT paintings are great...as with any sacred symbol is that it is MULTI-FACETED...like a diamond with infinite sides.

Just as a tangent.....I googled the 19.47 you gave as a clue and google came up with about 2 pages of topics dealing with both the 19.47 latitude and many many other things related to the whole number of 1947. Now...on a logical train of thought....IS THE NUMBER 1947 A SACRED NUMBER? Would a person who was born in the year 1947 be "special" somehow? Leonardo Da Vinci's Mona Lisa is perhaps the most famous painting in the world as well as the subject of numerous conspiracy theories and speculation.

Last month, Italian art historian Carla Glori, claimed that the painting identifies the exact location of the landscape which provides the background of the painting.

She believes that a three-arched bridge which appears over the left shoulder of the woman is a reference to the village Bobbio, which is south of Piacenza, in northern Italy.

In October last year Giuseppe Pallanti, an expert on Leonardo da Vinci, who has spent three decades studying the archives trying to establish Lisa Gherardini's final resting place, claimed that her remains were interred in a dump.

Lisa Gherardini was widely believed to be the inspiration for the painting, was buiried in the grounds of Sant-Orsola convent in 1542. But the ground were renovated in the 1980s and during work to build an underground car park, the convent's foundations were excavated and sent to a municipal landfill site on the outskirts of Florence.

In the right eye appeared to be the letters LV - which could stand for Leonardo Da Vinci -while in the left eye there were symbols.

Silvano Vinceti, president of the committee, said: "It is very difficult to make them out clearly but they appear to be the letters CE or it could be the letter B - you have to remember the picture is almost 500 years old so it is not as sharp and clear as when first painted.

"While in the arch of the bridge in the background the number 72 can be seen, or it could be an L and the number 2."

In 2007, a group known as The Mirror of the Sacred Scriptures and Paintings World Foundation used mirrors to "reveal" biblical pictures and symbols in Da Vinci's paintings.

Do you recall that exciting scene in the movie "CONTACT" (movie made after Carl Sagan's book by the same name) Jodi Foster is deeply involved at this point trying to decipher the CODE contained in the radio signal found by SETI (I think). She's like nearly having a nervous break-down getting the pieces of the puzzle to fit. The rich dude (an old Roddy McDowell--wonderful character!) is already on top of the whole thing and gives her what they refer to as "THE PRIMER"--THE ROSETTA STONE so to speak that will make the code make sense.

( I love this site!!)

There is also a picture of a "coiled snake"--as Klaus called it in a video on the site--that I think is a human figure in the fetal position demonstrating points of light in the Orion Nebula which are infact the accupressure points of the human body meridians...but I can't find it right now...I will let you know that as soon as I find it!

Unless of course maybe somebody did mention this somewhere sometime in the past. Should we waste time trying to find out who discovered this first? I don' think so.

If you think about it carefully, you will realise that this is an enormous discovery. This thread is hugely underplayed here on GLP, maybe because people cannot fathom the importance of this right now, but its there. Lets say we just bumped into an old castle hidden in a deep jungle, as yet unexplored. This is Da Vinci talking to us directly.

After this thread, I got landed with a BIG load of job works.
Add to that the darned power cuts upto five hours a day, due to some repair work going on in my part of the town.
Now the power cut is reduced to a couple hours a day, and I just waded through all the design jobs.
I work in the area of Trade Show Design, Interior and Retail design. I interface between the client and the Production Unit.
Plus I do some 3D visuallization work to earn some extra money. I just finished up on a project rendering out a huge apartment complex, complete with a pool, a gym etc.
Its not easy, lol. Every window , door needs to be perfect.
Come to think of it, my work helps me greatly in analysing hidden meanings in videos, graphics, posters, and movies.

Soon as Im free, will get this thread flying agian.
Prolly a couple of more pins to spread the message.

The little curly 'rivers' within the delta is reflected in the painting.
The reason why da Vinci put the green meadow behind Jesus is pretty apparent if you look at the Nile Delta in Google Maps. Its GREEEEEN!!!!!
