As a child, I loved what was know as lemon sours. Lemon juice and water with salt! Loved it!

I was doing a tablespoon of raw cider vinegar in water morning and night for several months. I ran out a couple months ago and switched to lemon in water, until I could get to the store to buy more vinegar.

I used fresh lemons and since I don't have a juicer, I peeled them and put them in the food processor and then strained out the juice which also contained a lot of pulp and the 'white stuff.' I added 2-3 tablespoons of it to about 4 ounces of lukewarm water morning and evening, no sweetener. Just held my nose and chugged it. Can't vouch for any cancer stuff but I can say it improved my digestion which made me feel amazing, and made my skin amazing too (glowing and blemish-free) after just a few days. I figure the skin improvement was both from the improved digestion plus the vitamin C.

Oh and for anyone worried about the loss of enamel, follow up your lemon water with some plain water and then swish your mouth with some baking soda dissolved in water, that should neutralize any acid.

And if youre like me and cant take sour stuff will also vomit.

Stevia is not good for you. It has been making lab rats infertile/sterile. Look into it if you have been using it daily.

i don't believe the dream had anything to do with

nutrition - it was - if life gives you lemons - make

lemonade - having that philosophy alone will stop cancer

from taking hold

save the lemon peels and freeze them. then you can grate them over food. they are full of vitamins as well. even more than the juice.
