How to prevent cancer, message from a dream

She can take 1/2 teaspoon baking soda in water in the morning and the evening to bring up her alkalinity. It is also a good idea to identify any type of anger and have her make peace with it and release it. Anger(especially long term) makes us very acid and opens us up to cancer. That is probably where the saying goes that anger eats us up inside. It is very true.

practical approaches to releasing anger?

This is a Christian perspective, but this works for me. We forgive others, by doing this releases a great deal of negative emotions we may have toward others. As Christians, we need to keep in mind, we too sin, and made many errors, and God freely forgives us, so we likewise, freely extend our forgiveness to others. In another bible verse, it also states, that we won't be forgiven, if we too, don't forgive others.

Matthew 6:14-15, “For if ye forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you. 15 But if ye forgive not men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses."

True. And forgiving a person/s doesn't mean we condone what they did. The forgiveness is for us and not necessarily for them. It is just a way to move on.

Affirmations also work by letting the subconscious know that it is ok to release the anger and different affirmations be found on the net. A good one to say is "I want to neutralize and release anger" This can be said over and over in your mind until you release a big yawn. It can be done whenever you feel something welling up. Eventually the person can shorten it to just "neutralize and release anger" or whatever phrase they feel comfortable with. There is no set recipe for this. Just what makes you feel better.

You can google up some positive affirmations to replace the negative ones you have released. Just say them mentally over and over until you get a yawn. That is an indication that the subconscious has got the message.

I had the same message given to me in a dream by a spirit guide, drink lemon water to stave off cancer.

This post astounded me, I'd totally forgotten about the dream but for a month or two after I had it I drank lemon water religiously.

What is vitamin C and what does it do?

Actually, lemon is highly acidic. But has an alkalizing effect on the body when ingested.

lemon is a fruit. vitamin C is anti-viral, lemons are alkalizing, which helps the body prevent and kill cancer, why? Cause cancer is a fungus, caused when the body is too acidic. Grate the frozen lemon into your salad or whatever you are preparing. Then enjoy!

if they're wanting it sugary, add honey, or add a fruit, get sugar through produce, not sugar, and definitely not artificial sweeteners either.
