Because the Goverment has an undeclared war against the Amercian people and our way of life.....EVERY house hold should grow something they can eat....be it a single tomato plant hanging off your balcony to growing hydro lettuce in a spare space....veggies in with the flowers...your cost......priceless
Quoting: CtYankee im in the desert. But i have successfully grown a few tomato plants, it was alot easier than i first thought before I tried it. Just don't use city water stright from the tap....the crap in it will stunt any plant growth.....let it sit open for a day or two.....most crap will oxidize away. I raise tropical fish and it sad to think that tap water kills fish too!!
