Of course there won't be a civil war when they grab the guns.

Ask yourself, will you start shooting if some swat team show up at your doorsteps ask you politely to surrender your guns? Probably not.

And will you start firing at the swat team when you seem them at your neighbors' doorstep? Probably not. Problem solved, no civil war.

It will be a peaceful announcement and a deadline will be given for all law abiding citizens to give up their weapons.

Heck if they post some kind of reward your neighbor might even report your ass. No civil war folks, just less chance when you face the animals from ghetto (and that day is approaching fast)
