Of course there won't be a civil war when they grab the guns. Ask yourself, will you start shooting if some swat team show up at your doorsteps ask you politely to surrender your guns? Probably not. And will you start firing at the swat team when you seem them at your neighbors' doorstep? Probably not. Problem solved, no civil war. It will be a peaceful announcement and a deadline will be given for all law abiding citizens to give up their weapons. Heck if they post some kind of reward your neighbor might even report your ass. No civil war folks, just less chance when you face the animals from ghetto (and that day is approaching fast)  Theoretically, wouldn't it be the duty of every American to fight back under those circumstances??? After all, the government gets it's power from the Constitution, and through the people. If they against the Constitution, then they have no legitimate power. In the American revolution, the majority of the people didn't stand up and fight, only 3% did. I'm not that brave personally, but I'm sure that we could find 3% who would be willing to stand up for the Constitution. As far as BHO is concerned there is no Constitution. He has never derived his power from it, he has followed orders of his handlers. They don't recognize the Constitution or any other founding document of this country. Do you not remember Katrina and how they "wrenched" (in some cases) the weapons away from people who were trying to protect themselves? Later the gangs went through and looted everything. The fast and furious crap has armed the gangs, of this country, as well as the drug gangs. Go figure what will happen to the law abiding citizen .... which is exactly what their agenda calls for. I will never forget reading this the first time. I have linked to the greater post instead of the short version.
