Only two words ......PRUNE JUICE !!! ....Yes....The freaking prune juice did it !!

No enemas, no laxatives.....just a whole lot of Prune Juice followed by drinking a lot of water....And Fiber One Cereals for breakfast, lunch and dinner....And 2 apples before going to bed....

Never felt so relieved before ! ......Did feel the turd softening yesterday....and today it finally came out !! ....

1 tablespoon of pure table salt in water. Drink it slow and wash it down with lots water so you don't puke. Takes about 30 minutes to start and finished in a few hours.
