Yes it shows compression and the one graph shows penetration (red line above blue on magnetometer) and the ACE electrons are all over the place, but no it didn't blast it away (still have electricity don't you? Computer, internet and new car still works? No more nuke plants melted down? Magnetosphere still holding then, when it doesn't we are in deep shcit).
