Where does one find training info. I have always had some special abilities but unsure how to develop them further.

Clear enough to tap in at will but there is much to learn my friend. Manipulation, reading, sharing and protection are easy enough at this point however the negative energies are increasing in strength as the game plays out, in search of more advanced souls for further guidance in this aspect.

Cleaning up your diet will raise your vibrations. Take in as much fresh veggies & fruits as a percentage of your diet as possible for they carry chi/ki/prana.

There is no book that I'm aware of however there are many with infinite knowledge hence the thread to bring us together. Stick around, I'm sure you will learn much here. Congratulations on your remembrance, time to kick it in high gear!!!

Especially being that you will be coming face to face with it on this path. Not all darkness is negative, intuition on this is highly important. Once you've swam in the waters this will become easier to decipher. There is a very powerful opposition and their tactics are tricky to say the least.

Training is not what's most important. If you will focus on self-trust and self-love, these abilities will flow more freely. Their only limiting factor is you--and your decision to distrust yourself so strongly.

Well, right now, I'm mostly flashing on past lives. In another thread, I'm just finishing up doing a bunch of past life readings.

So naturally I flashed on your past lives. Quite an interesting and checkered past, and humbling to see how you've come through them.

I know that you have a degree of comfort with yourself that most people would find appalling [so arrogant!] but which is more than appropriate. Yet conversely, I don't think even you realize just how much of a spiritual powerhouse you are.

Agreed, however once you've learned to trust yourself and your abilities completely and are ready to confront whats ahead training is highly necessary, especially for warriors. Things forgotten must be remembered before entering the war, I know this from experience. Our adversaries are highly advanced and will use any weakness they sense to divert and disrupt.

Your intuition speaks volumes about your abilities, you are quite correct in your read. The choices I've made have kept me to the path I was meant for however the decision to follow it was not the easiest considering the past you speak of, the tug of war lasted a very long time.

I have only scratched the surface of my true potential, I understand and relish in this, so exciting it is. They have found me as such for most of my life, I'm used to it being construed as arrogance but as you stated my confidence is appropriate and necessary for my position.

What do Light Warriors and Healers do?
I have always been able to share my energy, positive or negative with others without them knowing I am doing it. I have been able to pass healing energy to sick family and friends as well. Are these the things I should develop further?

Prepare yourself each morning before you open your eyes,

Before you rise, realize that you are awake, do not open your eyes, just lay there, and relax.

Rise when you are ready for the day. You can count,

1.. 2.. 3.. as long as you want, until you are ready to get up.

This practice will help to increase your energy.
