Ok here goes...

This is a technical process that is easily activated by more advanced warriors/protectors/healers however training yourself to do it is not difficult if your already able to tap in.

Start with centering yourself, a short meditation, feel your energy build in your solarplexes (spelling, lol), when you're ready begin to feel and visualize your energy protruding from that area a short distance out from you, it will look like a light blue beam of light, then expand it outwards and around you in all directions, encase yourself in it, it will resemble a bubble. It will stay even after you've stopped your meditation. Once you've practiced for a while it will become second nature. You can also protect others around you with it, I simply put my hand on the person(s) I intend to protect and finish the process the same, just on a larger scale. I also have one around my home. When you become more advanced you will be able to project it from a distance around whomever you choose, there is no limit to consciousness therefore there is no limit in the distance you may project it to.

This will drain your stores so be prepared and act accordingly.
