Kk thanks, i am at work as well. Be in and out throughout the day checkking back. Im excited, i will tell more of what i have experienced as the thread goes on.

If you're being visited by shadow ppl my advice would be to learn how to use your shield if you haven't already, they can be dangerous. Thanks op, i got banned so just was able to come back today and catch up. As for the shadow pple, i stopped focusing on them and started meditating asking for protection amd they stopped showing up. For a while they where everywhere...they would sting me...kinda hurt...i would see them on walls at nite and in trees it was scary until i realized my spiritual strengths. I agree 100% tho in regards to energy increasing allowing our powers to do the same. My understanding is the earth is entering into more femanine energy to help us with this transition. I believe we will have a choice to make soon that will dictate if we evolve to 4/5th dimensional consciousness...am excited to say the least. Trying to keep the fear out. Have you sense them trying to stir fear then when you catch that it's them to ignore it a twisted negative thought comes up? Yea, its hard to describe...but yes they try to envoke fear...they used to always fk with me physically...by stinging me. I like to think im very spiritual because i can feel others emotions amd feel energy...if i couldnt see them i would feel there presence and yes they would try to implant negative thoughts of death or upcoming events. I have had alot of visions of tsunamis and other events the past few years. I call it the "twitch" because my right eye will start twitching very rapidly and with my eyes open i will have a vision...the last one was waves washing over buildings. But about a year ago i learned how to protect myself, just as op speaks of, putting a energy field around myself not allowing them access to me or my place. I will talk more about obe's ive had recently later in this thread. P.s sorry for the grammar, im at work on my phone multitasking. P.p.s much love back at you op and all others on this thread.
