Your right! I probably didnt explain what I meant well enough. I didn't mean dirty in the fact of toxins throwing it off (although they can)...I meant it more in a "mis-firing" or mis-communication among cells leading to unnatural and damaging expression of genes leading to disease/cancers.

it is very hard to describe...as it becomes more focused/localized you will notice more of a pattern to it. Mine starts out as this crazy rush, wave of energy that flows over me, all kinds of kaleidescope type blue/white images and sometimes very real memories flash before my eyes...as I get deeper into meditation I start to feel this weird almost electromagnetic flow/oscillation in my body right to left back and forth...it can completely take over! I often lose myself for a while during meditation now - its almost a numb feeling that rushes over you as the oscillations and vibrations continue to increase more and more.

Hope everyone is doing well and staying out of the heat! I have noticed a few threads the last week or so about a vibrating sensation/oscillating sensation when meditating along with "vibrations" in hands/feet area...just wanted to talk about this for a little while.

While I will be the first one to say that a year or two ago I would have called total BS on all of this stuff...but as I've had an pretty interesting change in perspective over this last year or two, I can see and sense some very real changes going on energetically within me...and others are experiencing this as well! Its lightbody "activation"! While I hate the term "New Age" because it has such a negative connotation with most people...I do believe our DNA and bodies are changing at a very rapid rate.

While I don't really believe in being able to predict "exact" times of changes/shifts of 2012...I do think that we can learn a lot from looking at the calendar. We are currently in the last "underworld" as predicted by the Mayans...and it lasts roughly 260 days... Time has seemed to speed up over the last few years. This change in emission of light can bring some cool changes. You might be noticing...

--- thoughts are manifesting much faster
--- strong ticking sensations are starting to form in forehead-hands-feet and eventually these will flow like currents/conveyor belts along the meridian lines of your body...can really feel it in your teeth when they start ramping up!
--- loss in appetite or for anything that isn't fresh
--- buzzing/ringing in ears
--- eye "spasms" - idk how else to describe them
--- (this one will seem weird but if you have experienced it you will know what I am talking about) - a computer/typewriter ticking sensation mid brain when in deep meditation, almost like you feel the coding/information your body is receiving

glad we can share it together! Its hard to put into words. Do you have the electrical/voltage feeling in your hands and feet now? Mine seems to be present even when I'm not meditating now, and its getting more and more powerful.

I feel that to, feels almost like when you use reiki. I recall once that I had my eyes closed and imaged white wisp looking lights swirling from my palms while feeling that buzzing feeling.

oh I agree!!! Have you read much research done by HeartMath and the Global Coherence Initiative...its all about emotions/feelings and our bodies physiological response when in certain emotional states...along with earth energies and rhythms having a very real effect on them!

What is dan?

I experienced a radical (for me) mind shift in relation to my physical body just yesterday.

It was a thought, a realisation, an understanding, about the nature of the physical body and the mind.

I have always done my best to eat healthily, have always been aware of the difference between nutrition and junk food, but this was different. This thought moved my conceptualisation from abstract to a more 'real' level.

The thought was like this; eating 'unhealthy' food is not a choice, it is something that you cannot and should not do or you will totally fuck up this body that your spirit resides in. I am not going to go outside and pour fruit juice into the lawn mower, I need to put the right oil and fuel into it. I cannot just go and randomly put whatever takes my fancy into my mouth because it seems like a nice thing to do, because I will fuck up my body just like I would have fucked up the lawn mower. It all seems so simple now.

Deciding what to eat and what not to eat is now a complete no brainer.

Like I said, I have known this stuff about nutrition forever.

Just yesterday I had a light bulb moment and a shift in consciousness about it.

Like I am suddenly more aware of my self, my physical body and the world I am moving through.

I wonder if anti depressants can affect this process?

A lot of what you say rings true and have come to some of the same conclusions myself over the years, as it is truth.
been approaching 7 years now.. but i did self taught meditation from a teen and although small vibrations back then at 26 was a very painful ping in the head... that was over ten years ago now.. Full crown and 3rd eye activation 24/7 for near 7 years.
Full flowing force, people seem to be on a different timeline, or not even on it at all.
Havent met any genuine (that feels right inside) that are as far on yet.
Though i know you are total truth, because experience wise, you nearly said it all perfect.
Once the cracks open, there is no going back.
