I was using a hypnosis Audio track from in5d.com to help remember past lives. Well, it wasn't working so as I laid there with my eyes close I decided to meditate and think about things that make me happy. All of a sudden images start coming to me at a rapid rate, and an immense light starts emitting through the my forehead. My heart feels as if it's being filed with this light so much it's difficult to describe. It must of lasted 10 seconds and the feeling was so intense I thought I was going to wake up with tears in my eyes.
