No, it turns out that pluto is much less massive than Planet X was supposed to be, and it turns out that the perturbations thought to be caused by Planet X were in fact due to an inaccurate figure for the mass of Neptune. You can "weigh" pluto using the motions of its moons though, and that's how we figured out that it's nowhere near as massive as originally thought.
