Water wars for sure...I guess that's why George W Bush had his daughter use her UNICEF cover to buy over 100,000 acres of land in Paraguay i think that land is adjacent to the 200,000 acre Paraguay land purchase that George H.W bush made in 2005. Both lots of land are supposedly right in natrual gas and sit's on one of the largest water aquifer in the world...
