today I got the dreaded letter from DUKE.... they are going to charge me $460.00 more year ONE and $360.00 every year there after if I choose to OP out from their smart EMF elect. meter!!!!... has anybody in Ohio with DUKE... bought the smartmeterguard? if so does it work? 130.00 is better than what they want? looking for feed back please.....
