The cop would have been cool if they didn't act like dicks...they pulled out a camera and was giving him shit...no need for that.
Quoting: BRIEF Yeah because the cop asked for id which he didn't need to do. Plus they were detained not for the camera but for impending the flow. Dancing in public is annoying, cops have a federal right to ask for ID due to immigration and issues of outstanding warrants...the camera and them acting like assholes is what drove him to be an asshole right back...if they played nice so would he...these situations work both ways... I thought they can only ask if they suspect you of breaking the law? of course that is true. some people just want and expect to live in a police state. they like it I guess. Makes them feel safe.
