All sodas and drinks sold in the stores use tap water..Unless its spring water, made with spring water, or "purified" water. I believe Dasani and Aquafina are put through reverse osmosis and then minerals are added for taste.

I recommend Dr. Kens flouride free toothpaste. Very good.

I've been using shilajit and holy basil as well as avoiding fluoridated water, although I still shower in fluoridated water.
