There's a chemical reaction in the tooth when you use fluoride so it strenghtens the tooth BUT you have to spit out all the toothpaste. So it both helping your teeth AND also destroying your PiGl., grrrr. |

If you can't pronounce it or recognize it as food, real food don't put it in your mouth. |
