Break Your Cell Phone!

I've actually gone on a couple dates with girls who gawk when I say I don't have one. They really thought I was insane.

Today it seems to be almost "creepy" if you don't have one. That is, something must obviously be wrong with you if you want to be where you are physically and not constantly "connected".

Yeah it's crazy. People act like they feel sorry for me. I feel sorry for their ignorance.

The video says telecommunication industry is the second richest industry in the world. Second to oil companies. I can't find much to back that up, but I didn't look too hard. Either way, there's some great points.

Thanks for posting that OP. Many people arn't aware of the electric magnetic doom or just don't care.

If you think about it though we are electro-magnetic beings so it would have an effect.

usb isn't wireless. so, 't gives much less electromagnetic radiation (it is shielded by the cable).


i have a cellphone for convenience, i only turn it on when i need it myself. when i'm at home and expect a call (i have no landline), i turn it on and put it in another room...

the woods in my area used to have no cellphone-reception, but sadly that has changed. towers have cropped up all around it...

Brilliant reply , I too would have a dead phone but I have a son at primary school and carry one just in case he is unwell and the school need to contact me.....I rarely have credit , I dont text...anyone who needs me either rings me on the house phone or come to the house.....

How far away is primary school? IF they do use your cell to contact you in an emergency, what's your next move?

Can anyone testify about how a cell phone allowed them to be saved or save some one?

Is the chance of that happening actually likely?

Do you use it at home?

By the grace of God I am monetarily poor and do not have the funds to upkeep a cell phone account. Added to this we live in an area that does not have reception, a rare and exclusive privilege in the modern era.

My landline was cut off by the provider five years ago for unpaid bills and the only comms I have is this PC (running on mobile broadband through high gain antenna).

However to supplement the lack of radio frequency absorbtion I have circumvented the interlocks and stick my head in the microwave oven once a day while singing ¨In your head...zombie¨. My hair fell out and I have totally lost my libido, nonetheless it gives me that ´connected´ feeling.

I don't have a cell phone anymore. I don't watch TV anymore either. We live in a scientific and technological inspired "panopticon". Information surveillance technologies are being used to eliminate all rights to privacy, both physically and mentally. This is being done to cause an automatic functioning of power, i.e., control over every facet of human existence. The surveillance "systems" are designed to permanently, and silently, effect the individuals under its control. The actual or literal use of power to get people to do something, like not run a red light for instance, is not neccessary. The "machines" manipulate and control the people, independent of the " grand architect" who inspired its creation. The users of the "systems" are the prisoners, the "imates" of the "systems" they are creating!
