The people cannot be all, & always, well informed... If they remain quiet under such misconceptions it is a lethargy, the forerunner of death to the public liberty... Let them take arms... What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots & tyrants. Don't you know it requires a blood sacrifice? Preferably a shaved, three testicled, goat. A three legged, dyslexic cow will do in a pinch though. That is the only way it will work. |

How well do you think the headlines of huge cash gatherings all over the country fueling a multi-billionaires dream of controlling the Whitehouse while the rest of the nation slides down an economic chasm that no corporate vamp will have the foggiest clue nor care about fixing. I somehow doubt the big headlines about the ultra wealthy are playing well in middle America, you may be happy if you are a complete partisan, but most folks are not and a lot of people are paying attention to things now, because the DNC has made that the game. Just wait. These moves are painted clearly for people to see, yet the right keeps digging deeper. Quickly, how about another round of Maricopa county distraction? Or how about the War on Women round 2? |

Quoting: Anonymous Coward 5073178 You're way off. I don't support either candidate or party but Mr. Obama is in deep shit. The economy is going to beat him not Mr. Romney. The find raising for Mr. Romney is through the roof. You take that with the big slip back into the recession we never really got out of and Mr. Obama has some real problems. I think it will be Mr. Romney 53% over 47 % for Mr. Obama. A big win, though we'll still all be screwed because Mr. Romney can no more fix the issue than Mr. Obama. |

I'm white myself and have no problems with Mr. Obama regarding the race issue. I don't feel punished. I am concerned that all voters rights are protected on election day though. I'd hate to see a repeat of the voter intimidation that those NBPP fellows did and got only a slap on the wrist for. I would like to see the AG step up in a big way and say voter intimidation of anykind regardless of race will not be tolerated. I don't vote BTW but I respect people who put in the time and effort to exercise our rights as citizens. |
