A computer made from DNA and Enzymes...
I wanted to post this article I ran across. It is actually from 2003.

Article titled "Computer made out of DNA and enzymes"

[link to news.nationalgeographic.com]

"Israeli scientists have devised a computer that can perform 330 trillion operations per second, more than 100,000 times the speed of the fastest PC. The secret: It runs on DNA.

A year ago, researchers from the Weizmann Institute of Science in Rehovot, Israel, unveiled a programmable molecular computing machine composed of enzymes and DNA molecules instead of silicon microchips. Now the team has gone one step further. In the new device, the single DNA molecule that provides the computer with the input data also provides all the necessary fuel."

some more commentary on it...

[link to realityviews.blogspot.com]

So what is the biological Computer?
The biological computer is "built" by combining chemical components into a solution in a tube. Various small DNA molecules are mixed in solution with selected DNA enzymes and ATP. The latter is used as the energy source of the device.

"It's a clear solution you don't really see anything," "The molecules start interacting upon one another and scientist can choose DNA type and enzymes in the mix and they can get the desired result.

In simple language we can say

DNA molecules in tube carry out all the traditional functions of a computer, with the chemical reactions performing the computing that usually is performed on transistors on a microchip. Or say CPU and motherboard of a computer."

So...if our DNA can act like a computer processor (and even more complicated/complex at that)...perhaps our bodies are biological computers...the year 2012 is bringing in some MAJOR upgrades with these higher energies ;)

Hardware - physical body

Software - genes currently expressed, organs?

Input - senses - what we eat, drink, see, smell, taste, hear

Output - actions, thoughts, words (Dna can be programmed by words/frequencies)

Data/files - information/memories stored as genetic blueprint

Memory - genetic memories/genes and our own personal energy signature creates the ability to process old and new information (in order to accelerate the shift in DNA, process for the year 2012, much cleansing will be taking place to make room for new information)...call it a defragmenting of the system so we can run better

Virus - improper genetic expression, toxins, chemicals that throw the bodies information coding for our DNA off ( Thread: DNA emits light - scientific basis for "lightbody"- tingling? ears ringing? odd sensations? - each meridian line and related chakras in our body function best at certain frequencies, to relay information to and from cells...when these are exposed to unnatural toxins, or are damaged due to emotional bodies being damaged...this gets stored as a new blueprint (but a damaged one that continues to get passed down)

<-- this year brings in a lot of new information so we have to rid the system of the 'virus' files that might clog it up

Internet - collective consciousness/matrix of information creating our reality around us, connecting us on many levels

Wireless card - our pineal gland that acts as a antennae to connect to the "grid"/higher consciousness to retrieve data/files/information

....you get the general idea.

There are many ways to look at this year..."new age" or not, there will be some major changes. Since we have computers now, its easier to see how these terms might relate to our body...but they are very based on biological concepts!

Time to clear up some memories/energies and download some updates to our systems! It is also a transmitter, so your actions/thoughts/feelings are connecting to that "grid" and are helping or hurting the overall system per se. Makes you think twice before you do something that might hurt someone else, or bring in negative energies!

Re: A computer made from DNA and Enzymes...
why you got no comments on this thread i'll never know.

i have no doubt about the biological computer. i've a physics background, and the day i found out the way our brains find the most efficient neural pathway relies on quantum mechanics (so fast it takes every single pathway, until it reaches the goal, and then it was only taking that path) it became obvious that a computer based on us would be insanely powerful.

time to work out how to use this transmitter...

lol its okay :) Thanks for bumping it!

Pretty cool concept to consider...I'm personally ready for a few upgrades.

So, basically, if this computer gets a virus, its fuct. It's antivirus software would have to involve a genome scan. Sounds pricey!

Stories like this always sound interesting but when you see the actual device, organism, etc you inevitably find that is in no way as described or feasible for anything practical in any way.

Lol yea seems too good to be true...seems like there would be a lot more to it... although a few months ago i did see something about a type of bacteria and computer processing, they prbably are still perfecting it :)

These are the baby steps. Once we unlock more knowledge about how our biology works we'll figure out how to make it more useful to us.

Could give them vaccines... but that would make them crash frequently and only able to perform one task well.

Haha and that would have to be basic function ... not capable with without the control key .... time to break out of the mold...

Annndd article published recently felt it was fitting for this thread.

Fear Can Be Erased from the Brain, Research Shows

So...its like memory in a computer in an odd way...we can erase/reassemble the part we don't want to remember and we do it on a biological level in our brain!
