Why dwell on stories that depress you?
Unimaginable atrocities occur around this planet to animals and humans everyday. Reading about them does not prevent them from occurring, does it?
Quoting: ANHEDONIC no it doesn't... this is just another example of which you speak. but when it is so blatant and obviousl intentional it was like the devil himself coming up that driveway. But ask yourself, what benefit do you serve to gain from exposing yourself to stories that cause you to resonate with negative emotions? Would checking the news everyday and spending hours reading about violent murders and child abuse and animal cruelty benefit you in any way, or hurt you? i get your point. but that is all that is out there we are drowning in horrible news. it's not my fault that everything is bad news. look at the front page of this forum. ANYTHING positive? it is WTF it is.
