Anonymous Coward User ID: 19335894 Canada 07/10/2012 08:29 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Our world is full of hope, there is this wave of awakening right now all around the world, and it will soon come to the US. Here's what we have here in Montréal, which is the biggest student strike in the history of North America. We also had a protest of about 300,000 to 400,000 people on May 22nd. It has been called the biggest protest in the history of modern North America. Here's a very epic timelapse on march 22nd, where 200,000 people walked the streets (and not a single arrest). April 22nd: May 22nd You see, here a 100,000 people protest isn't that big anymore. I hope people post videos of protests in their country here! |
sounds (OP) User ID: 19164237 Australia 07/10/2012 08:29 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Here are some comments, why they are protesting. "¡Fuera Peña, fuera Peña!". It stands for "Peña, out!". Mexico is being threatened by the worst presidential elections fraud in its history. After the perfect 71 years dictatorship of the "Institutional Revolution Party" was defeated democratically, and after 12 years without the PRI, they came back by vote-buying, fraud and rigging. The population is standing up to the return of corruption and authoritarianism that the Federal Electoral Institute is justifying and describing as "legal". We marched because our government and corporations are trying to impose on us a president that we did not choose. There was a terrible electoral fraud. We have tons of proof. This guy "our new elected president" Peña Nieto, is responsible for repressions, and he recognized it. The people in this video was not the total. Thousands of us were behind them, marching on the streets trying to get there. But it was already full. The march started at 3pm. I got there finally at 7pm. Political correctness without wisdom, is just Political nonsense. |

I hope my fellow Americans wake up and show their disgust soon If something can corrupt you, you're corrupted already. Anonymous Coward User ID: 19297477 United States 07/10/2012 08:42 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Funny how every country around us is hitting the streets in protest but you don't see anything like this going on in America (at least not to my knowledge...media blackout entirely possible). Just goes to show the Fluoride in the water, the Prozac drug pushers and the Mind Control through TV is paying off! The few of us that are awake enough to take to the streets in protest would be easily picked off by the military industrial complex and explained away as a heart attack or some natural cause that the sheep would believe lest they get any ideas and wake from their slumber. In a way, I envy these other countries whose citizens have not been drugged to oblivion and can actually stand up against the establishment and speak their minds. I think they know if the Americans did shake off the scales from their eyes, there would be a gun behind every blade of grass aimed at those responsible. They should be very afraid when this sleeping giant finally stirs! I long for that day! |
