BREAKING - Obama Signs Executive Order granting him FULL control over all National Networks and Internet!!

I never made the argument that this administration wasn't totally lawless, they are, but I'm amazed how many private citizens out there that believe these EO's have the power of law...The media doesn't tell you this, but THEY DON'T HAVE ANY AUTHORITY OVER YOU. If you ignore them, you aren't breaking the law at all!!!

Then just one month later, he signs another Exec Order, DELCARING a national emergency over Russian nuclear materials in the Middle East...

He, as President, can now sieze control of anyones private network and the whole of the national internet infrastructure!

Why isn't anyone ouraged over this, or are we all just happy bending over, and letting him SHOVE HIS BOOT UP OUR ASSES!?

Yes. I for one am terrified at the very thought of the president notifying me of a national emergency. Let everyone else know to take cover, I will face the emergency with diligent unawareness, hiding behind my cases of Bison Chili and 2000 rolls of TP.

If a national emergency is about to hit, we should all figure it out ourselves, two days later, through word of mouth, church services and the vetting of who is an true, honest patriot. We will gather without electricity in town halls and find out if anyone from the next town over got word from Cheyenne what to do next.

We do NOT want to hear it in advance from some black man across on the other end of the country! It should come from a white guy, on his horse, tipping his hat as he enters our town, after we scrutinize him with guns drawn and he proves his worthiness through a trial of good ol' country wits. Only then will we begin picking up the pieces. Until then, it's 2 at a time on 12-hour shifts at the entryway, 3 shifts per week, firing at any riff-raff that dares come our way without a good reason and something to barter.

These laws he has approved are very suspicious.

There have been quite a few posts about this EO the last few days, and I believe this is all cause for concern, but everyone should remember this:

An Executive Order does not have the power of law, Executive Orders were meant to direct the bureaucracy in their operations not to be enforced upon the masses of private citizens. You CANNOT BE ARRESTED, FINED, OR TRIED IN COURT FOR IGNORING AN EXECUTIVE ORDER if you are a private citizen.

After the Civil War the Supreme Court ruled on Lincoln's suspension of Habeas Corpus, in that ruling it stated that NO BRANCH OF GOVERNMENT MAY SUSPEND THE CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE!!!

They only have this power if we give it to them...

also anyone else notice these "EMA" things popping up around your towns, I live in illinois about 15 miles from the city of Chicago and so far in this ONE month I have seen squad cars with EMA written on them, them standing on the streets, and a flyer at my local grocery store for a town (not mine btw) but not far either with a big FEMA symbol on the front and organized with the local police asking residents to volunteer their services for crowd control, drills, ect..

also three more towns with the same thing, one town had them all at a carnival walking around in police uniforms with big EMA written across the back and another town had a car driving around with a FEMA sign on the back of it's window.

I have lived in this area all my life and I have never seen this before.
