There have been quite a few posts about this EO the last few days, and I believe this is all cause for concern, but everyone should remember this: An Executive Order does not have the power of law, Executive Orders were meant to direct the bureaucracy in their operations not to be enforced upon the masses of private citizens. You CANNOT BE ARRESTED, FINED, OR TRIED IN COURT FOR IGNORING AN EXECUTIVE ORDER if you are a private citizen. After the Civil War the Supreme Court ruled on Lincoln's suspension of Habeas Corpus, in that ruling it stated that NO BRANCH OF GOVERNMENT MAY SUSPEND THE CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE!!! They only have this power if we give it to them...  Mostly true, SCOTUS at the time was talking about locations where war didn't exist. If there is no insurrection or rebellion then nothing could be suspended per the Constitution. The way things are twisted around these days.. the word "violent" will be made to mean "non compliant" and everything else will just be a Tax .. so the insurrection bar will be meet rather easily.
