Why? I'm always tired! And monotony is boring! I have better things to do, but never do it.

The Seth book would be especially important to you, if you should decide at some point in the future that you have suffered enough for being worthless... especially since you are a magnificent, beautiful, beloved child of God.

You do not do what you need to do because you are deeply depressed. You feel as if you deserve to suffer. I invite you to explore self-forgiveness and to find compassion and empathy for the one person you have always denied both...

As I found this answer to be an excuse for that feeling of helplessness, I must say that you surely are a finely tuned instrument!

It took me a long time to set my order of thinking, of which I am quite fond of, as I believe this is my one and only truely valuable asset, I am poor and eat what is cheaply available to me and am very thankful for. (Better excercise routine LOL)

I do do alot of self sabotage, a just reward for a worthless exsistence deserving not of compassion nor empathy, for why should these gifts be unwrapped when they are kept from others by me who are more deserving!

There truley is very little anyone can do to help me.
