I agree, they should be wary, because it's totally unrealistic that traumatic deaths are the ones that leave an impact like social phobia, fear of heights, fear of dying, fear of losing control, fear of tight spaces, etc.

It's totally unrealistic to think that the past life residuals people want to overcome and leave behind could be brought on by trauma.

Dying peacefully of old age in your sleep after a fantastic life is FAR more likely to result in phobias than these traumatic deaths. That's a no-brainer!

I swear that some people will find any excuse they can conjure up to try to demonize the ability to see past lives, since they want to deny it no matter how stupid their protestations are.
