He urged politicians to stop delaying the approval of new cybersecurity laws, various proposals for which are currently making their way through Congress. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 9576861 Banksters the world over have been in the process of transferring the greatest amount of wealth in history via derivatives. The NSA is not to be trusted. Derivatives are toys used by theives to steal money from less intelligent thieves. The real scam was replacing money with debt instruments. Quoting: FatalW1shes It's a scam. No. DIA and CIA wrote Stuxnet and Flame. Now, they call for more freedom to be sacrificed to the Feds to protect us from the Feds who are the only actual threat to our freedom. The first greatest was the replacement of real money with Federal Reserve Notes. Yes! You guys are so right- was gonna say that. And in fact I was initially thinking perhaps this guy was setting the stage for blaming the next financial crisis on mysterious cyber heists (that presumably weren't traced or documented). But, I think he's saying intellectual property and not finances were stolen, so maybe not. Yeah, cybercrime is a huge deal, but perhaps companies can just take sensitive computers off the larger internet. They can just set up intranets w/ perhaps a few extra computers w/ full internet access for research/email. Actually most people probably already have their own laptop, so could just use those in conjunction w/ intranet only comps at work. Obviously transferring files to customers and collaborators still would involve vulnerability, but at least it's not persistent. |

Yes, there were some punk bands who sold out, tis the nature of humans, but what the movement originally stood for, was freedom without limitation...and money is the biggest limitation of our existence... so FUCK OFF to the money-changers...you are promoting stagnant growth of real human thought and ideas by making currency the main goal of real idealist... |
