Hazy conditions in Seattle and throughout the Puget Sound region that obscured daytime views of the Olympic Mountains over the weekend can be traced to wildfires burning on the other side of the Pacific Ocean (eastern Russia).

-There are good satellite pictures and a few videos in the link. Now this really gets me thinking about the Fukushima radiation. Maybe it really is reaching the States?

I've been wondering what has been causing all this haze? I just assumed it was our relatively stagnant air during the last week? I'll take the haze over the chemtrials that have been noticeably absent since the last part of June though...

Yes. Other then the haze, its been a treat to see the true blue skies.
