"According to Leigh Dostra, an imaging data analyst in Lindberg's research group, the original sonar scans actually showed three dintinct objects."

Perhaps someone could follow this up, at least to verify the source.

Re: BALTIC SEA ANOMALY Update 11th July 2012
I'm still not convinced it's anything "supernatural or special". In fact, if those "new" uncropped images are correct, I'm leaning toward a sunken ship...a regular old sea faring ship.

When it was just the "disk" pictures, I thought it might be possible for it to be some human made object from the end of the last ice age. Considering the depth of the water there, it's not out of the question that the area may have once been above water before the ice age ended.

If you consider we are finding megalithic sites dating to around 10,000 BCE, (that is before the end of the ice age and the rise of ocean levels)...man-made is a plausible explanation.

It is a very cool find and I am really interested in what it actually is. Like I said, those "new" and "uncropped" pics make me think "plain old ship"...but that is just my opinion and that is "IF" the new pics are genuine and not some viral marketing bullshit.

Is this "new sonar image" for real?

No Photoshop?

ditto.

either a very cheap and shoddy photoshop, or a very regularly-repeated object. but, since the repeated parts are exactly the same on at least two of the three objects, i say it is bullshit photoshop disinformation.

lol, so I guess they are trying to imply from this badly created and edited sonar image, that it is a Battlestar and two cylon fighters?
I sure seems like ancient structure of some kind, built be some old forgotten race long ago when this area was not underwater.
You have to remember, the visibility at the bottom of the Baltic Sea is only a few feet. We will likely never see any large picture of this object, it's just not possible to see through all the muck. But they are better prepared this trip, and hopefully we will get to see more close-ups.

earlier, they released a short high-quality film with good lightning, of the anomaly on the bottom of the baltic sea...

Except a plain old ship would not cause their instruments, cameras etc. to cease functioning when coming close to the objects.

The area (in fact, all of Scandinavia) was covered in a permanent, thick layer of ice during the ice age.

Nothing could have been built there by megalithic cultures.

I agree that the 'long object' in the image is a smeared copy of the lower original object and then cut and pasted above the original object.

But what I did think was neat was the artist rendering of the object.
