Pizza dough is so easy to make from scratch.
Flour, oil, salt, sugar, yeast and water, herbs are optional (basil, oregano).

You just mix it up, let it sit for a while (or not),
Put corn meal or flour or parmesan on cookie sheet(s) to prevent dough from sticking and roll the dough out on the sheet(s).


So good when it's home made.
You can sdjust the ingredients to make thin or thick crust.
